The 4th program of “Prabhawa Nethra Jeewana Shakthi” was held in “Helakadurugamuwa” village at Mr. Asanka Rathnayake’s house the Corporate Director of Prabhawa Organization. 103 spectacles was donated to the villagers and they were treated with a hot cup of tea and biscuits.
